You turn to them for everything and they manage to be there for both, your highs, and, your lows.
They are your unpaid and mutually understood shielders, guarding you from the harsh realities of this world, and you their's.
Call us the triumvirate, the three musketeers or the three idiots, but one things for sure, we resonate with the same frequencies and amplify each others vibe. Nothing matters, when we are around each other, I only see them and they me. God willing we stay the same till death do us part
My Quran teacher once asked us, “What is a friend?”
We all pondered over the question before she answered,
“A friend is one who will always hold your hand and walk with you on the straight path, one who will remind you to remember Allah. A friend is never a person who leads you astray.”
Ever since schools closed because of this ghastly pandemic that's draining the joy out of this world, interaction with my friends has been restricted to the virtual screen. When all this goes away (In Shaa Allah) I'm giving the both of them a nice wet kiss on the cheek!
Make the right friends, cherish them while they last before it's too late to turn back. With the right people around you, anything is accomplishable!
